WET AND GO ..... FINGER DETANGLING
I JUST MADE A FINGER DETANGLING SESSION AFTER WEARING MY FRO' FOR 3 WEEKS.
I USED MY CHEAP CONDITIONER WITH A LOT OF WATER BUT I THINK THAT MAYBE I DID LOOSE TOO MUCH HAIR... I DON'T KNOW ? OR MAYBE I WAS TOO HARD WITH MY FINGER ? AFTER RINSING I MOISTERISED MY HAIR WITH COCONUT OIL.
THIS IS WHAT I "LOST" IN THE PROCESS. SHOULD I BE WORRIED ?

I don't think you have a reason to be worried. That looks like normal shedding after three weeks of your hair in an afro.
RépondreSupprimerTHAT'S WHAT MY SISTER TOLD ME SO YOU TOO ARE MAYBE RIGHT. THANKS A LOT.
SupprimerHi Minasek,
RépondreSupprimerI think finger detangling is an awesome technique if you are gentle with your hair. When I started using finger detangling, I did worse than a comb and brush would do. You know why? I was not gentle and ended up breaking my hair. You have to be extra careful and keep in mind that your hands, like any other tool, can break your hair if you are rough. Some of us have hair like antique lace that needs to be cared for very gently.
YOU SOOO RIGHT THE LAST TIME I WILL BE MORE AND MORE GENTLE. THANKS A LOT FOR THE PRECISION.
SupprimerIf it's been 3 weeks since you last detangled I wouldn't worry about the shed hairs.
RépondreSupprimerTHANK YOU TO REASSURE ME.LOL
