I USED TO MIX PALM OIL. HONEY, YOLK AND A LITTLE BIT OF CONDITIONER. THIS TIME I TRIED WITH A MASHED BANANA, 1 TABLE SPOON OF PALM OIL AND 2 TABLE SPOONS OF CONDITIONER.
I APPLIED IT ON MY DRIED HAIR BEFORE THE SHAMPOO. IN THE TUTORIAL YOU MUST WAIT 10 TO 30 MINUTES.
BUT I WAITED 1 HOUR BECAUSE I WAS DOING SOMETHING ELSE. DON'T REALLY REMEMBER WHAT BUT... I DIDN'T REALLY CARE.
AFTER I DID SHAMPOOED AND CONDITIONED MY HAIR. I REALLY LOVED HOW MY HAIR TEXTURE FELT IT WAS SOFT AND SMELL SOOOOO GOOD. THE BANANA SCENT WAS STILL FRESH.
THEN I STARTED TO DETANGLE MY HAIR AND MY SISTER TOLD ME ; "IT'S STRANGE THERE ARE SOME WHITE SPOTS ON YOUR HAIR IS IT NORMAL?"
SO I LOOKED AT MY HAIR IN THE MIRROR AND I COULD SEE A LOT OF "SMALL WHITE PIECES". DAM THE BANANA JUST COOKED BUT DID NOT DISAPPEAR .
WHAT CAN I DO ?
I JUST RUN TO THE SHOWER FOR ANOTHER SHAMPOO. BUT WHEN I CAME BACK MY SISTER NOTICED AGAIN THAT THE BANANA PIECES WERE STILL ON MY HAIR.
SO 3 SHAMPOOS/ CONDITIONERS AND THE PROBLEM IS STILL THERE???????
THEN I DECIDED TO TRY TO USE GHEE ( CLARIFIED BUTTER )ALL OVER MY HAIR BEFORE THE 4 SHAMPOO. I BRUSHED, COMBED THEN STRAIGHT TO THE SHOWER AND THIS TIME IT WORKED.
SO AFTER 4 SHAMPOOS / CONDITIONERS AND OF COURSE A LITTLE HELP OF GHEE I MANAGED TO REMOVE ALL THE BANANA MASK LEFT OVER. HUM NEXT TIME I WILL BE MORE CAREFUL.
TOO BAD BECAUSE I REALLY LIKED THIS BANANA CONDITIONER.
ANYWAY NOT EVERYTHING NATURAL IS EASY TO MANIPULATE OR I MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PRECISELY.LOL
BUT I ALSO THINK I WAIT TOO LONG TO WASH MY HAIR.
Just say no to bananas! LOL!!
