ENGLISH SAUSAGES WITH MASHED POTATOES AND WHITE CABBAGE
BECAUSE I LIVE IN LONDON, I HAVE TO COOK SOMETIME ENGLISH FOOD. I AM NOT A BIG FAN OF ENGLISH SAUSAGES BUT I TRIED TO ACCOMOTE THEM THE BEST I CAN. I USE TO LIVE IN FRANCE AND LUXEMBURG ,SO BELIEVE ME GERMAN SAUSAGES ARE THE BEST.
I WILL TRY SOME TIME TO SHOW YOU SOME OF MY COOKING EXPERIENCE. I REALLY LIKE TO COOK AND I AM BETTER WITH SAVOURY DISHES THAN SWEET. I ONLY SUCCEED 5 CAKES. THE YOUGURT CAKE, ANANAS CAKE, CHOCOLATE CAKE, PANCAKE CHEESE CAKE AND APPLE TART.
I WILL NOT TYPE EVRYTHING JUST POST THE PICTURES EXCEPT IF I NEED TO PRECISE SOMETHING NOT USUAL BUT MOST OF THE TIME WHAT I AM DOING IS VERY SIMPLE.
- THE POTATOES HAVE BEEN COOKED IN OVEN.
- I ADDED CAULIFLOWER BRANCHES FOR MY SAUCE.
- I USED A WHITE WINE ABOUT ONE GLASSES AND COOKED THE GRATTED CABBAGE IN A VERY LOW HEAT AND I MAKE SURE TO RECOVER THE SAUCEPAN WITH A FOIL JUST BEFORE THE LID. SO IT WILL COOK WITH THE STEAM.
-IT IS A CHEAPEST WAY TO COOK WITH STEAM.
- FOR THE PROPORTIONS EVRYTHING IS UP TO YOU.
-FOR THE MARINADE I ONLY USED HALF FOR THIS RECIPE AND THE OTHER FOR MY BREAST LAMB.
