THE SAUSAGES ARE COOKED IN THE OVEN. I DON'T LIKE THEM FRIED TOO FATTY FOR ME. I PUT HALF OF A GLASS OF WATER MIXED WITH 1BLE SPOON OF MARINADE AND A TBLE SPOON OF OLIVE OIL IN THE SAUSAGES.
DON'T FORGET SALT, PEPPER AND BAY LEAVES.
YOU NEED TO COOK YOUR CABBAGE WITH 2BLE SPOON OF OLIVE OIL AT LOW HEAT
THIS WHEN YOU ADD YOUR GLASS OF WINE THEN YOU PUT THE LID ON THE FOIL AND LEAVE IT AT LOW HEAT UNTIL ALL THE LIQUID IS GONE.(ABOUT 15 min)
I USED THE REST OF MY MARINADE ON MY BREAST LAMB. I WILL GRILLED THEM ON SUNDAY.
