I AM NOT A CELEBRITY BUT ...... LOL



I AM NOT A CELEBRITY AND SURELY NOT VERY RICH BUT I KNOW IT WILL CHANGE SOON, VERY SOON ...... AMEN

BUT GUESS WHAT I HAVE A PERSONAL TRAINER.
DO YOU REMEMBER THAT I USED TO FOLLOW WEIGHT WATCHERS PROGRAM BUT I HAD TO QUIT BECAUSE I ONLY LOST LIKE 1 STONE IN  1 YEAR AND HALF.
THEN MY BODY JUST STOPPED THERE AND EVEN SOMETIMES I WAS GAINING 3 POUNDS THERE AND THERE.
I STARTED TO BECOME FED UP LIKE DEPRESSED. BECAUSE DESPITE ALL MY ATTENTION AND MY EFFORTS THERE WERE NO IMPROVEMENTS AT ALL.
 PLUS DO NOT FORGET THE STRESS AND DECEPTION THAT I HAD TO ENDURE EACH WEEKS.SO I DECIDED TO QUIT.


ONE SUNDAY IN MY CHURCH A MEMBER ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO A WALK FROM EAST LONDON TO CENTRAL LONDON FOR A CHARITY WE WERE SUPPORTING I TOLD HER NO BECAUSE I WAS NOT REALLY IN FORM  DESPITE THAT I WALKED LIKE MORE THAN 1 KM BY DAY.
SO SHE PROPOSED TO TRAINED ME FOR THE RACE AFTER ALL SHE IS ALSO A PHYSIOTHERAPIST AND PERSONAL TRAINER.
I TOLD HER THAT I WILL TRAINED NOT FOR THE  RACE ( PREFER TO GIVE MONEY)  BUT TO TRY TO LOSE SOME WEIGHT THEN I EXPLAINED TO HER  MY PROBLEMS WITH  MY WEIGHT LOSS ATTEMPT.


SHE EXPLAINED TO ME DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PHYSICAL EXERCISE ( WALKING)  AND  EXERCISE LIKE FITNESS. SHE ALSO TOLD ME THAT EACH BODY IS VERY DIFFERENT THAT EVEN IF I EAT THE SAME THINGS THAT MY SISTER , SHE CAN LOOSE MORE WEIGHT THAN ME.
SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL DESIGNED A PERSONAL PROGRAM  FOR ME WHICH WILL TARGET MY WHOLE  BODY. SHE ADVISED ME TO NOT  CHECK MY WEIGHT EVERY WEEK BUT ONLY EVERY 6 WEEKS WITH HER AND JUST CONCENTRATE BY DOING THE EXERCISES BECAUSE THE DIFFERENCE ON THE SCALE CAN TAKE A LONG  TIME BEFORE SHOWING UP.
 SHE TOOK MY MEASUREMENTS AND TOLD ME THAT I WILL MOST LIKELY SEE MORE RESULTS THIS WAY.

AND GUESS WHAT SHE WAS RIGHT. I DID GET SLIMMER IN MY TUMMY ( LOST 3  1/2  INCHES, IN THIGHS 1 1/2 INCHES EACH AND 1 INCHES IN MY ARMS)  BUT MY WEIGHT STAYS THE SAME.

NOW I DON'T REALLY CARE AND REALISED THAT I AM JUST ENJOYING DOING THE JOGGING ( I JOGGED 1 HOUR 4 TIMES A WEEK + THE FLOOR EXERCISES ).
 PLUS I DON'T HAVE TO BLAME MYSELF EVERY WEEK  WHEN THINGS DON'T GO  A CERTAIN WAY.
I STILL FOLLOW THE WEIGHT WATCHERS  ROUTINE  BECAUSE A BALANCE DIET IS STILL VERY IMPORTANT BUT I STOPPED BANNING CERTAIN KIND OF FOOD BECAUSE I WAS SO DESPERATE TO SEE A RESULT ON THE SCALE.
EVERY TWO WEEKS I EXERCISED WITH HER. BUT IT IS VERY HARD COMPARE TO  MY DAILY PROGRAM BUT SHE TOLD ME THAT WITH HER  IT WILL BE THAT WAY.
SO THAT'S FINE.
ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WILL COST ME  £ 10 PER SESSION. LOL

  1. Good for you!!! I've used personal trainers in my past and both times, I lost "too" much weight. I loved how I looked except for not having a womanly figure. And, it was difficult for me to sit because my "tailbone" was exposed. LOL. I can get down to a size 6, which for me at 5'8" is not enough meat on my bones.

    I am happy for you. Keep up the great work Your eyes look very pretty especially in the first photo!

    1. THANKS FOR THE COMPLIMENT AND I HOPE TO HAVE GOOD LASTING RESULTS TOO. BUT NOT LOOSING TOO MUCH WEIGHT EITHER ,
      YES I REMEMBERED WHEN YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT THE PAIN TO SIT DOWN IT WAS QUITE FUNNY , AND YOU WERE ALSO MENTIONING THAT YOU FEEL THE COLD MORE OFTEN. BUT I THINK THAT I AM FAR AWAY FROM THIS KIND OF RESULTS. LOL
