BRAZIL : THE CONCEPT OF INVISIBILITY PART 2

THIS POST is the continuation of THE ONE  about how black brazillians are quite "invisible" in the Brazillian society despiste being the majority of the population according to a recent  governmental survey;
http://minasek.blogspot.co.uk/2012/03/brazil-concept-of-invisibility-part-1.html;

Because i am a huge Fan of this blog http://www.blackwomenofbrazil.com/ and my sister is currently in Brazil now for three months , I follow  anything related to Afro-Brazilians more closer , ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS MADE FOR AND BY AFRO BRAZILIANS THEMSELF.
 So i came through this youtube channel via http://www.blackwomenofbrazil.com/ and discoverd this amazing program; So happy to see our Brazilians Sistas making their voices heard; Plus it is also related to my blog by adressing the african natural hair "revolution" and the black experience in general ;

 I MAY REPEAT MYSELF  AGAIN BUT CAN YOU MAKE SURE THAT BLACK BRAZILIAN ARE NOT INVISIBLE by watching this channel it is not so often that we can have theirs POINT OF VIEW. YOU will not have the opportunity to see this in mainstream media ;

THIS THE MAGIC OF INTERNET PLUS THEY MADE AN EFFORT TO PUT ENGLISH  SUBTITLES SO A LOT MORE PEOPLE WILL BE ABLE TO WATCH AND UNDERSTAND THEM. AS YOU CAN SEE THEY WANT TO REACH AN INTERNATIONAL AUDIENCE AND SHOW A DIFFERENT TYPE OF AFRO BRAZILIAN WOMAN FAR AWAY FROM THE SEXY CARNAVAL SAMBA DANCER ALWAYS FUTURED IN MEDIA.

PLEASE SUPPORT THEM THEIR VOICES NEED REALLY REALLY TO BE HEARD.
 GOD BLESS.

  1. This is so fascinating! Love hearing about things like this. I was just speaking on how Afro-Hispanics get the short end of their sticks in a lot of spanish speaking Caribbean countries...
